Chris had pain in facial ligaments that are healing. I performed Reiki on him, and his muscles instantly relaxed. He usually shruggs off Reiki as 'so much woo', but he said thank you and asked for another treatment.

The house is entirely too quiet. Still. Can't get used to no woofs to greet me.

I received the most nasty, snotty reply to a post about Pepper. Sonofabitch. People say Live Journal is a wasteland, but Blogger takes the cake for moron replies. =P

Remembering Pepper

The house is just too quiet without her. While I was making lunch a single dog hair floated by and landed on my sandwich. I know it was her hair because of the color and funny wave. I didn't cry, although I did mist up a little.



如果你沒有同情沒有答复。 That's a reply to the person who left a response in Chinese. It says 'If you don't have sympathy, don't reply.' My dog just died, you asshole.

We lost our Pepper to kidney failure yesterday. She was in misery all Friday night, so we took her to the vet Saturday morning to end her journey. ='(

I haven't posted for a while... uh... LONG while.

Ms Pepper is slowing down. She's basically just eating, and sleeping all day. When she goes outside to potty, it's quick. She no longer wants to snoop around the yard. She does pay attention to what's going on. Instead of jumping around and barking, she'll lift her head and bark. My little old lady. =)

My hubby had his hip replaced six weeks ago and is doing wonderfully. He's back driving, working and looks 15 years younger.
